About Us
Currently, Hamerski Farms grows fresh produce on 2500 acres annually in Central Wisconsin. The farm produces potatoes, sweet corn, green beans, soy beans, snap peas, and field corn. Post-harvest (September - May) the farm processes and packages the potato harvest for the fresh market, that can be found at various grocery stores and restaurants around the world.
Hamerski Farms, was established in 1889 by Paul Hamerski as a small dairy self supporting farm, After Paul's death, his son Joe took over the farm in 1940. This occurred just a year after the birth of Donald Hamerski (1939-2018), a pivotal figure in the farm's history. Under Donald's leadership, the farm experienced rapid growth, contributing significantly to its current state of efficent vegetable production. Today, the farm is operated by the 4th and 5th generations, Jon and Trent Hamerski.
Hamerski Farms strives to grow with advancements in technology to make our farm as efficient and environmentally sustainable as possible.
